Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings. The annual discount (20%) applies immediately and you'll be credited for any unused monthly days.
What is Underwood and how do credits work?
Underwood is REAP's embedded AI research agent. It runs rental comps, verifies ARV, and estimates construction costs — in under 90 seconds per task. Credits are consumed per task (3 for rental comps, 4 for ARV, 5 for construction). Unused credits roll over up to one month's worth. You can buy additional credit packs at any time.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes — Solo users can purchase a 5-credit Underwood trial pack ($15) to experience AI research before upgrading to Pro. Full Pro and Team plans include a 14-day trial period for new accounts.
How does Team billing work with multiple seats?
Team includes 5 seats. Additional seats are $49/seat/month (or $39/seat/month on annual billing). Underwood credits are shared across the whole team — admins can see usage per member. Team Growth (10 seats) is available at $449/month.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise starts at $1,500/month (annual contract). It includes unlimited seats, white-label branding (your logo and subdomain), full REST API + webhooks, SSO/SAML, dedicated CSM, custom MLS integrations, 200+ Underwood credits/month, 24-month audit log, and a white-labeled investor portal. Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal. Enterprise plans require 30-day written notice per contract terms.
