- Account information — name, email address, password, and company or organization name when you create an account or start a trial.
- Billing information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor (see Section 4). REAP does not store full payment card numbers.
- Property and deal data — addresses, financial figures, notes, and other information you enter into the REAP platform to analyze real estate opportunities.
- Communications — information you provide when you email us, request support, or respond to surveys.

- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

You may request deletion of your data as described below.
6. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
- Marketing email — every marketing email from REAP includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. You will still receive essential transactional messages related to your account.
- Access, correction, and deletion — you may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello@getreap.ai.
- Cookies — you can manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Account data — you can edit most account information directly within the REAP application.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
